Breeching inlet
A breeching inlet (or inlet breeching) is a critical fire safety component typically installed on the ground floor of buildings. Its purpose is to allow fire and rescue services to connect hoses that supply water into a dry riser system. This enables firefighters to pump water to higher floors of the building during emergency situations.
